From May 13 to 16, Mapeifo, the Director-general of the Transportation Training Office of the Higher Education and Training Department of South Africa, Dewar, the chief financial officer and other persons visited our college as accompanied by the working staff of the Chinese Culture and International Exchange Center (South Africa). Kong Fanshi, the president and the relevant department heads received the guests.
On May 13, the parties held a meeting. In the meeting, Kong Fanshi emphasized that the school was the first vocational college of rail transit in Henan province, with high student quality and employment quality. 95% of the graduates were employed in various large-scale enterprises. In recent years, the school actively participated in the education action plan of “the Belt and Road”, fully cooperated with the China high-speed railway to “go out”, assigned its teachers and students to provide professional technology and skill talents cultivation and technical services in Kenya, Ethiopia and Saudi Arabia and made contributions to the local economic and social development. Next, the school would continue to be open wider to the outside world, establish a branch in South Africa and Tanzania, cultivate the local talents and teacher teams, accelerate the beneficial development of the rail transit industry and jointly create a China-Africa community of shared future of the new age.
